Welcome to Mbinga Secondary School Mbinga Secondary School is a government secondary school located in Mbicu, Mbinga Mjini B, within Mbinga Town Council in Ruvuma Region, Tanzania. The school provides Ordinary Secondary Education for students in Form I–IV and serves both female and male students. The school is committed to providing a supportive and purposeful learning environment in which learners are encouraged to develop academically, socially and morally.
